Jerry White is diocesan director in Charleston South Carolina.  He expects a great deal of the young people who serve as the evangelization team or "E-team" for his diocese.  It is not only about expectation but it about nuturing skills and practices to help teens grow in their own personal relationship with God and on how to share that with others.



Jerry is very intentional and I am always impressed by him and the adults  who work with the ttens.  I am also impressed when I ask teens why they choose to give a year to serve others through the junior nigh and senior high youth events of the diocese.  They are sincere about serving...but they are also very eager to learn about their faith and share it.

I enjoy being among these folks because I am "pushed" as a presenter but also in looking at my own friendship with the Lord.
